Pakistan's Engro Foodsheld a grand media event – including a holographic show – to relaunch their flagship brand Olper's milk in the 250 ml Ecolean Air Aseptic package. Around 20 international and national TV news channels reported from the event,which featured appearances from the famous Pakistani actress Marina Khan, ambassador for the Olper's brand, and Afnan Ahsan, CEO of EngroFoods. Ecolean representatives were also involved, and Ecolean CEO Peter L Nilsson gave a speech.
"Engro Foods' journey as a company is very impressive", says Peter L Nilsson. "Based on innovation and an in-depth understanding of the market needs, they became the market leader in just seven years. I am honoured that Ecolean will now be a part of their promise to stay innovative, and that we will contribute to their further growth."
Thanks to the Ecolean package – or the "minijug" as Engro Foods calls it – the Olper's brand has succeeded in renewing its brand image. The brand targets the modern woman, and is considered a premium brand in Pakistan. Olper's has been available in the new packaging format since March 2013.
